By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Merch City Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions before you place your order.

Purchasing Goods

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website you must register your personal information with name, address and payment details. Once you have placed your order, we will email you an order confirmation of your order. The invoice will be sent together with the order. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a copy of the invoice and a tracking number so you can easily track your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Merch City will deliver the goods in accordance to the delivery address entered during check-out. We are using different freight forwarders and delivery costs can vary depending on the method of delivery and the character of the order. Further information concerning the delivery costs can be found on www.merchcity.com/shipping. Unless otherwise agreed upon, deliveries are made solely to the countries listed on merchcity.com/shipping.

Payment

Merch City’s online shop accepts payment with Visa and MasterCard. All payments are processed through an approved and secure payment site. Your card will be charged when the order is processed and dispatched. All prices on this website includes 25%VAT.

Security and privacy

Your online security and privacy are important priorities to us. All communication between our payment system and you as the card holder is made via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL connection). Your account details, email and password are stored securely on our servers. In case of a data breach we will contact you immediately. We encourage you to use unique passwords for all services you access on the Internet.

Returns

Merch City operates a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your goods. Please fill in the returns form that can be found on Merch City’s website. Please note that Merch City do not cover shipping costs for return goods. We recommend you obtain a shipping receipt. Merch City will not accept returns as Collect on Delivery (COD). For more information and guidance on how to return please go to Return Policy.
Once we receive your returned item(s) it will be processed within 24 hours, and return the amount to your account as soon as possible. To eliminate the risk of fraud, these payments are reverted to the card you used when purchasing the goods.
Items should be returned in the same condition as received. Please ensure that you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely, not damaged in transit or show any sign of usage. Should this be the case, you will be liable for the deterioration in the product value.

Claims

We operate according to the Sale of Goods Act and the guidelines set out by the Danish Consumer Agency. This means that you have a 24 months warranty on faulty goods from the day you receive your item. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price deduction. This warranty is voided if the claim is caused by you as a result of misuse, repair or normal tear and wear.
Should you wish to make a claim over a faulty item please fill out the claims form on Merch City’s website. A Merch City employee will shortly thereafter contact you to arrange a replacement product or full return. Festlyd

Skulle det ske, at det lejede udstyr ikke fungerer efter hensigten, hæfter udlejer maksimalt for et beløb svarende til lejeprisen af det ikke fungerende lejede udstyr. Dette gør sig dog kun gældende, hvis kunden har ringet til os når de finder ud af at udstyret ikke virker. Hvis en sådan opringning ikke finder sted, frafalder deres reklamationsret. Hvis vi bliver kaldt ud for at tilse udstyr, som der ikke noget galt med, kan udlejer hæfte kunden for ekstra tekniker time og kørsel efter gældende priser. Lejer forpligter sig til at betale alle omkostninger, i tilfælde af at eventuelle retsager, forbundet med udlejningen finder sted. hermed inklusive advokat, retsafgift eller lignende, 100% både for udlejer og lejer.

I tilfælde af at der under udlejningen sker skade på det lejede udstyr, eller at udstyret bortkommer, er det lejer der er 100% økonomisk ansvarlig over for udlejer og evt. tredje person. Dette gør sig gældende når disse skader skyldes at mixerens output er oppe i det røde felt. Dette omfatter også udlejers driftstab i reparations- eller erstatningssagsperioden. Vi forbeholder os retten til at offentliggøre billeder i online og trykte medier, hvis vi har mistanke om at vi bliver snydt.

Lejer er forpligtet til at have en dækkende forsikring af det lejede udstyr. Udlejer har intet ansvar overfor lejer i tilfælde af f.eks. ildebrand, personskader eller lignende, hvis det lejede udstyr er årsag til dette. Dette gælder også eventuelle tab for lejer i sådanne tilfælde.

I tilfælde af aflysning skal udstyret afbestilles skriftligt minimum 48 timer før eventet, ellers opkræves fuld lejepris.

I tilfælde af at du/I ikke kan aflevere udstyret til tiden, skal dette underrettes telefonisk og I skal have et OK fra os.

Er udstyret ikke returneret som udleveret, har udlejer ret til at hæfte kunden for ekstra betaling af reparation eller rensning af udstyr, samt oprulning af kabler.

Lejen er til efterfølgende dag senest kl. 12, hvis ikke andet er angivet og kan returneres mellem kl. 10 – 12. Afleveres udstyret ikke til tiden opkræves der ekstra leje for udstyret efter vores dagspriser.

Vi leverer og afhenter til nærmeste kantsten, med mindre der er tilvalgt ind- og/eller opbæring.
Hvis der ikke er nogen til at tage imod udstyret ved levering, eller bære udstyret ud til vores bil ved aflevering, koster det 150,- ekstra.

I tilfælde af forsinkelser fra kundes side faktureres et ekstra ventetillæg på min. kr. 150,- pr. påbegyndt 15min. I tilfælde af at vi kører forgæves faktureres ekstra transport.

Der er søndagstillæg på kr. 199 eks. moms for afhentninger (udlejer henter hos lejer) og kr. 199 eks. moms for tilbageleveringer (lejer bringer til udlejer).

Ved indgået aftale, erklærer lejer sig for at være indforstået med ovenstående betingelser.
